Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Fleetiqo LLC ("Fleetiqo", "we", "us", "our") for your access to and use of SalvageAlert, including our website and application.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.

2. Service description

SalvageAlert is software for auction discovery and workflow management, including saved searches, alerts, favorites, notes, and cost-estimation tools. The Service is an operational aid only and does not replace your own commercial, legal, tax, or insurance judgment.

We are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IAA, Copart, or any other third-party marketplace.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under your credentials. Keep your login details confidential and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

4. Plans, billing, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paid subscriptions are billed in USD and renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service. You may not use the Service to violate law, third-party rights, or applicable marketplace rules.

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, non-payment, or material Terms violations.

6. Data and content

You retain rights to your account content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. Availability and changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalvageAlert and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or missed opportunities.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for reasons described in these Terms. Sections that should survive termination (including payment, liability, and dispute provisions) remain in effect.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction applies.

Before formal proceedings, contact us at legal@fleetiqo.com for a good-faith attempt at resolution.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect after reasonable notice (including posting updated terms on this page and, where appropriate, email notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
