Bid ceiling

Bid up to US$22,850 to land at 70% of ACV all-in, fees and the listed repair estimate included.

At today's bid, all-in with the repair estimate comes to 23% of ACV.

No repair estimate is listed, so this leaves repairs out — inspect before relying on it. A rebuilder's rule of thumb, not advice: bid, fees and repairs under about 70% of what the car is worth. Your target may differ; the calculator has every switch.

Recalls and crash ratings

1 recall campaign on record

PARKING BRAKE:CONVENTIONAL:AIRDec 2014
Caterpillar Inc. (Caterpillar) is recalling certain model year 2015 CT660, and CT681 trucks manufactured July 28, 2014, to November 5, 2014. The affected vehicles may experience brake drag due to an improperly seated diaphragm in the brake chamber.
Remedy: Caterpillar will notify owners, and dealers will replace the brake actuators, free of charge. An interim letter was mailed to owners on March 18, 2015. A second notice will be mailed once parts become available. Owners may contact Caterpillar customer service at 1-309-675-5658.

From the U.S. NHTSA, by model year, make and model — not this exact car. A recall may already have been repaired; ask the seller or a dealer with the VIN.
